I wrote about Italy once before when I was there for fashion week , but it was fun to go back when the weather was warmer to fully enjoy the beautiful beaches and iconic coastline. We started at The Amalfi Coast and went from Ravello to Capri to Positano, and then we hopped on a train and went to Florence for the last couple of days.
I've seen so many pictures of The Amalfi Coast before, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The water was super clear and the coastline was like out of a movie.
In Florence, my favorite part was the street art tour we took. I loved the work by an artist named Blub. He takes old pieces and brings them to life again with new art -- such a cool concept. The other one I liked was Chet. He uses the street signs themselves and makes art out of them, which was cool and sometimes pretty entertaining. These guys are both big artists in Florence, so I really enjoyed getting to see their art up close.
Overall, the best part of the trip was just the amazing, friendly culture in Italy. Everyone was so hospitable and kind, and they made it really easy to feel at home. The food and gelato was on point too, as usual, and I hope to go back soon!
